1KOMMA5°, the Hamburg-based New Energy company and developer of the Heartbeat AI electricity market software, today announced its preliminary business figures for 2024. The company increased its total revenue close to 520 million euros in 2024, up from around 450 million euros in 2023 - despite the recession and declining demand for solar systems and heat pumps. Adjusted for acquisitions, 1KOMMA5° achieved the strongest growth in its young history.

The company achieved a 1,300 percent increase in sales in 2024, growing from 50 heat pumps sold at the beginning of the year to 700 in December. In total, the company, which was founded in 2021, sold around 4,000 heat pumps last year.

1KOMMA5° secures 150 million euro in pre-IPO round. The largest investor and new shareholder is CalSTRS, one of the largest U.S. pension funds, leading the round alongside G2 Venture Partners followed by 2150, Norrsken, Hamilton Lane, b2venture, Eurazeo, eCAPITAL, and additional existing shareholders.
