Although 1KOMMA5° only sells quality products, even the best products can have problems from time to time. We’re here to help – but let’s start with some troubleshooting you can do from home.

One of the great things about smart solar and battery, electrification products and Heartbeat A,I is that the majority of issues are things you are able to troubleshoot easily yourself. Reconnecting the internet or a system restart is often all that is needed.

First step

Check the internet is still connected to your system

Second step

Complete a system reboot

For most systems, you can do a system shutdown/restart as per the Shutdown Procedure. If applicable, these instructions can be found in your meter board enclosure or on the inverter itself.

If your WiFi is connected, and you've completed a reboot, but your system still has an issue, visit our Support Centre where all support guides and manuals about your system are available, as well as how-to videos, fault codes and what they mean, and trouble-shooting guides.
