One of the great things about smart solar & battery, air conditioning and other energy efficient products is that the majority of issues are things you are able to troubleshoot easily yourself. Reconnecting the internet or a system restart is often all that is needed.

Check the internet is still connected to your system

Complete a system reboot

For most systems, you are able to do a system shutdown/restart as per the Shutdown Procedure. If applicable, this can be found in your meterboard enclosure or on the inverter itself.
