1KOMMA5° Expands to Denmark with Viasol A/S

With plans for EUR 40 million in revenue in 2023 and over 10,000 systems installed, Viasol A/S brings valuable expertise and experience to the 1KOMMA5° team. In addition, CTO Emil Helgren and his team have developed a frequency optimization algorithm that is now part of the core offering. This algorithm, integrated into Heartbeat, unleashes the potential of dynamic tariffs and frequency regulation for Danish customers.

Our goal at 1KOMMA5° is to convert 500,000 buildings per year to climate-neutral power generation, heat, and mobility, with a sales target of 10 billion euros annually. And we're well on our way - currently, we operate 56 sites with around 1,200 employees in Germany, Sweden, Finland, Italy, and Australia. The expansion into Denmark marks the sixth market that 1KOMMA5° is operating in. This expansion strengthens the Nordic team and sets the standard for private consumers to actively participate in the electricity market. 

Consumers can now directly use affordable green energy from wind and sun and support the stabilization of the grid through stabilization services that provide income from those services.
